The Royal Mail Hotel’s Executive Chef, Robin Wickens will join forces with Matt Stone, Head Chef of the Yarra Valley’s Oakridge Wines, to present a six-course dinner representative of the chef’s respective regions: The Grampians and the Yarra Valley.

The pair, who share a passion for organic, home grown produce, will collaborate to create special one-off menu. Local wines will be matched to each course.

A special accommodation package including two nights deluxe accommodation, Farm to Fork Dinner, return transfers and Wine Lovers passes to Grampians Grape Escape, breakfast daily and a chef led kitchen garden tour is available for direct bookings only. $1350 per couple/twin.
