Food Festival for the Kids

In addition to the cracking music and kid friendly food, Grampians Grape Escape is a festival for friends and families.

Kids 5 and under are free and those over are only $15.

A weekend ticket provides access to the festival village where children of all ages will be kept well entertained while parents can relax and enjoy a local drop. Our Festival Directors are both mums to young children so totally get the need for kids entertainment to be able to relax (and stay) at an event.

Little Foodies Tent

While mums and dads enjoy the wine and beats, kids can discover their creative self in the David O Jones Mitre 10 Little Foodies Tent. There will be herb planting by David O Jones Mitre 10, nature fairy wand making, seed bomb creating, mother’s day card making and a mini kitchen market.

Stop & Play Stations

From playdoh to mega blocks, and kitchen fun to giant wooden games…the Stop & Play stations are scattered throughout the festival site allowing parents to taste their way around Grampians Grape Escape while kids are kept amused. These have been a such a huge hit and we can’t wait to craft them together in 2021.

Rock Climbing Wall

Rock climbing is always popular on the Sunday and kids just love the tunes and the grape stomping on offer also. The festival always loves a visit from a Halls Gap Zoo snake and there will be more exciting activities to be announced. GGE is one of the most family friendly festivals you will get to.
