Grampians Grape Escape 2025 ‘Camp & Sip’ Competition – Terms & Conditions
Promoter
The promoter is Grampians Grape Escape Inc (ABN: 45 706 083 129) – www.grampiansgrapeescape.com.au.
Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Employees of the promoter and associated partners, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must purchase any valid ticket to Grampians Grape Escape 2025 between 12:00am AEST Monday 14 April 2025 and 11:59pm AEST Sunday 21 April 2025. One entry per transaction. Multiple tickets purchased in one transaction equal one entry.
Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive:
- A powered campsite for up to six (6) guests at Halls Gap Lakeside Tourist Park from Friday 2 May to Monday 5 May 2025.
- Fire drum hire with one bag of firewood, kindling and marshmallows
- One bottle of red wine on arrival
- Total prize value is over $250.
Winner must bring their own camping setup. Accommodation setup is not included.
Prize Conditions
- Prize is valid only for 2–5 May 2025.
- Not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
- Site allocation may vary depending on guest setup size — winner must advise if they have a long caravan/motorhome.
- Additional guests, firewood or services are not included.
Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random and contacted via email/phone on Monday 22 April 2025. Prize must be claimed by 5:00pm Tuesday 23 April, or a replacement winner will be drawn.
Privacy
Personal information will be used solely for administration of this competition, in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion due to unforeseen circumstances.
