How can I purchase tickets?

You can purchase tickets HERE via our ticketing partner, Humanitix. Boom!

Can I resell my tickets?

Festival goers can sell and purchase via Tixel, our official resale ticketing platform. Boom!

Does my name need to be on my ticket?

While ticketing issues on the day are uncommon (as our festival goers are bluddy awesome!), we prefer your name is on the ticket just in case. Changes can be made via your Humanitix account or Tixel when reselling, and no stress, we’re also good at sorting things out on the night.

When will tickets close off? Can I buy tickets at the gate?

Pre-purchasing tickets helps any festival deliver the best event possible, so a shout-out on behalf of all our fellow festivals and events in the world – please pre-purchase!! We anticipate Saturday and Sunday tickets will sell out prior, but if not, they will be available at the gate, as will Feel-Good Friday tickets. Tickets available can be purchased via electronic transaction and note an increase in price at the gate.

What is the difference between a General Admission and Tasting Ticket?

TASTING TICKETS – Include a souvenir polycarbonate stemless tumbler and complimentary wine, beer & cider tastings until 3pm (Sat & Sun only) so you can try before you buy (think a cellar door experience). Tasting Ticket holders also get free access to the Cloakroom and Wine Store service, which is otherwise $5.

Note: Tasting Tickets are not available for Feel-Good Friday as there are no wineries on this day of the festival, but never fear, local drops will be available at the festival ran bar.

GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS – Do not receive complimentary wine, beer & cider tastings. They are ideal for designated drivers or people who know what type of beverage they’d like to buy by the glass or bottle.

Can I upgrade at the gate to a Tasting Ticket?

Not this year. Should you wish to change within 14 days before the festival, please email director@grampiansgrapeescape.com.au to see whether we have any allocation of Tasting Tickets remaining.

Do I need to bring back my tumbler on the Sunday?

Absolutely. If you are a Sat & Sun tasting ticket holder, remember to bring back your tumbler on Sunday to continue to enjoy tastings, as these will not be replaced.

Do I need to print my ticket?

We can scan from paper or a phone. Paper tickets will be recycled.

Can I collect my wristband (and stuff) on Friday for quicker festival access on Saturday and/or Sunday?

Yes siree! You can pick up your festival wristband, bag, program, and so forth on the Friday between 4-7 pm at the festival site, the Halls Gap Recreation Reserve. Note the Feel-Good-Friday event will be happening between 4 – 8:30 pm so look for signage for Sat & Sun wristband collection. But also, feel-free to feel-good by grabbing a ticket to Feel-Good-Friday while you’re there.

Can I get a group booking discount?

Nope, sorrrry.

Can I get a refund?

GGE does not offer refunds or exchanges because you have changed your mind (but why would one ever want to do that hey?), or due to a change in your circumstances. But you can resell your ticket via Tixel. Beauty Norm!

GGE is an all-weather event and will only offer a refund, partial refund or exchange if the event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). What about kids tickets?

Kids under two are FREE. Kids aged 3 to 17 are charged a limited ticket fee and provided with a heap of free activities.

What happens if I lose my wristband/tumbler?

Now, now…don’t go doing that, will you. Your wristband is water/tamper proof and needs to stay on for the duration of your time at the festival. Lost wristbands and tumblers are like cash but will be treated on a case-by-case basis at the Information Marquee.

Will I need an age verification wristband?

Depends on how many years young you might look. Most would find this flattering and Age Verification wristbands will be available from Security/Information where required.
