Food and flavour is important, more so now than ever. We can’t wait to stock up our pantry with the new range of Red Rock Salts, a creation of Rita and David.
Shiraz Salt – Keeping it hyper local, they have used Pomonal Estate’s Shiraz. Sprinkle this on your pizza.
Beer Salt – Perfect for roast potatoes, or any meal that calls for an icy cold beer with it.
Lemon Myrtle Salt – An Australian native with a lemony flavour, perfect for chicken or fish.
Chilli Salt – Oh we know you’re out there, chilli lovers! This one is for you.
Rosemary & Lemon Salt – Add it to your hot chips with some feta crumbled on top.
Ginger & Garlic Salt – Perfect for any Asian cooking, add it to your stir-fry, or sprinkle on your tofu.
Roast Salt – this really needs no explanation. Rub it into your meat for extra flavour.
Olive Salt – A tribute to where it all began.
Red Rock Olives is located in Pomonal, near the Grampians National Park in Western Victoria.
Planted in 1997 the olive grove comprises of 5,000 olive trees of various varieties.
Cold pressed within hours of being picked the Extra Virgin Olive Oil is rich in essential vitamins and anti-oxidants which are beneficial for good health and well being.
Along with their award winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil they produce table olives, olive salt and artisan vinegars. Visit their stall and enjoy a tasting of their products.
