The Two White Ducks story started when Bec discovered her love for cooking, alongside her Nana, whose house always smelled of ‘the world’s best’ chocolate cake. Fast forward 30 years (or so), and Bec’s family home in the picturesque Port Fairy is reminiscent of her childhood – with a garden full of fresh produce, a dog, cat, a few chooks and of course, her beloved ducks, Donald and Doug.
Bec’s kitchen now shares that same sweet aroma that she fondly remembers, as she lovingly creates her toasted muesli, gluten free muesli, jams, salted caramel sauce, lemon curd and other sweet treats.
“All I want is to create delicious, home-cooked foods, inspired by a love for cooking, and shared with others.”
The past two years have been a dream come true for Bec. Two White Ducks is now featured on the menus of some of south west Victoria’s finest cafes and sits proudly on the shelves of many gorgeous giftware and produce stores.
