Set on a single vineyard of hand picked, hand pruned Shiraz vines, Huxter Estate incorporates family into every aspect of it’s wine production, and has created it’s own hamlet full of family right here in the Pyrenees. Showcasing the big, bold Shiraz wines typical of the region, Huxter Estate takes it’s own spin on the classic red wines of the Pyrenees and takes great pride and enjoyment in playing and experimenting with the versatility that Shiraz grapes have to offer. Offering table wines, still and sparkling Rose, as well as a sparkling Shiraz just made for celebration, Huxter Estate has something for everyone, and something for every occasion.
